"Mostly it bowls you over with an impressive range."

More Aurora More Aurora

All My Demons Greeting Me As A Friend is an ambitious and emotional debut concocted by an old soul, specifically that of 19-year-old Norwegian songstress Aurora.

With an overarching airy electro-pop sound, and flourishes of Florence, Goldfrapp and even a bit of Enya (yes, but don't hold that against her) it can be almost overwhelming at times. But mostly it bowls you over with an impressive range. The empowering Conqueror could be and should be a monster hit. Murder Song (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) is solemn and shimmering. Through the Eyes Of A Child showcases lovely piano and voice. One to watch.
