Album Review: Little Mix - Get Weird

Little Mix's latest unashamedly rips on '80s synths, from the Prince-esque bass of Weird People to the synths of OMG meshed with Charlie XCX-style vocals.

And damn, these girls can sing. Sure, the overwrought gymnastics of Love Me Or Leave Me are a bit much and no one needed Jason Derulo's auto-tuned hellscape on Secret Love Song — the Pt II of which is a refreshingly pronoun-free love ballad. But when they nail the high notes and drop it down to saucy lows when it counts — see the definitely-what-you-think-it's-an-acronym-for ADIDAS — they're daring you not to dance.
