"His dedication to Pro-Tooling the fuck out of his vocals lacks the deftness of TPS's Ben Gibbard."

More Owl City More Owl City

Early comparisons to The Postal Service refuse to budge from Adam 'Owl City' Young's fifth long player and it's become tiresome to the point of "comatosity".

For a bloke so preoccupied with his own spiritual journey, his dedication to Pro-Tooling the fuck out of his vocals lacks the deftness of TPS's Ben Gibbard, leaving him sounding utterly spiritless, where every hi-NRG song seems calculatingly created to soundtrack promos taglined with "From the makers of My Kitchen Rules". Nineties pop muppets Hanson return to guest on the chintzy Unbelievable, but Young's meddling causes chronic irritable owl syndrome.
