"There’s nothing on the album to offend the ears."

True to form, this new album is pretty mellow.

The opening track, The Application, is really fun and reminiscent of The Beach Boys. Following that, however, are less captivating tracks. Even so, there’s nothing on the album to offend the ears. It’s perhaps just their style. The title track is whimsical and completely characteristic in indie-folk influences, with echoed vocals to boot. Blot Out The Sun tells a story of “Henry” and uses some awesome psychedelic tones and experimental licks that act as a lamp post for the entire album.
