Album Review: Twin Atlantic - Great Divide

Great Divide proves that’s sometimes, more is more.

More Twin Atlantic More Twin Atlantic

Great Divide is an odd, and oddly effective, beast. It’s pop-punk with a production polish you’d usually hear in something a little more anthemic. Combining these two usually infuriated aesthetics, Twin Atlantic make something better than this mash-up should ever produce. It’s loud, urgent, a fresh take on some old ingredients giving you something totally new. And who can resist a cheeky Scottish brogue that makes any lyric sound that wee bit cooler. It’s also at its best when at its loudest, so turn it up, because Great Divide proves that’s sometimes, more is more.
