Give us a short description your music: High-energy, self-indulgent, cartoon power rock.

What is the best thing that's happened to you/your band so far? Playing BIGSOUND, playing Electric Goner Boogie in Melbourne, playing with Thee Oh Sees, playing WAM, putting out wax, playing Laneway/Southbound, that one time we got $10k, playing Mojo's, seeing the Fremantle Bon Scott statue.

Has the party side of the music industry been all you were hoping for so far in your career? When we went to BIGSOUND there was a pretty cool party vibe. I haven't really thought about it, though. We've had a few 5am flights to Melbourne before, they're always a party.

What industry lessons would you like to take away from WAMFest? We constantly have wet dreams about playing internationally, particularly in America, Europe and Asia. So anything we can learn that will help us do that would be rad.

What acts are you looking forward to checking out at WAMFest? Leon Osborne, Foam, POW! Negro, Verge Collection, Spaceman, Human Buoy, Mathas and all the others.

Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at WAMFest? It will be a life-defining moment that will hold the same significance to you as the birth of your children if not more. Plus it's a real fun time.

When and where is your WAMFest gig? 5 Nov, Block Party
