What food do you sell? Pulled pork rolls, bacon and egg rolls, sweet potato chips... All the good stuff.

What’s the design/atmosphere of your stall? Really funky. It definitely stands out from most food stalls. It’s like a three-metre-by-three-metre little bistro.

What do you stock that can’t be purchased elsewhere? Everything we do! We make all our food ourselves in our kitchen. So it’s all 100% original. Try our special spicy mayo on our bacon and egg roll, it’s homemade, it’s the bomb.

What would be your ideal food festival to attend? Don’t know if it exists, but an international food fest would be awesome, with vendors from all over the world, and a lot of customers.

What’s the oddest product you’ve been asked for? A strong weak cappuccino... That was pretty odd... Or a latte extra warm. People and their coffees... Give me a break.

Who’s serving the food? Us, the boss, the chef, the kitchen-hand, the barista... We all chip in.
