"There is a reason Jason Byrne has been doing this for twenty years..."

There is a reason Jason Byrne has been doing this for twenty years, with any luck he’ll push through for another twenty.

Byrne was born to be on stage, literally, as the opening of this show would attest. His performance, as always, is high energy and aggressively funny, and everyone is a target, from the PM to the person in the second row with the strange laugh. A highlight is Byrne’s trademark audience participation segment, which had the auditorium in an uproar. Byrne is a genius, if you see one show this festival, make it this one.
