CAPPA has done exactly what she intended - created a song that would work as an 'escape' for listeners...'Hush' does exactly that.

With an uncanny resemblance to BroodsCAPPA's release of 'Hush' is taking listeners by storm.

2009 introduced us to singer CAPPA with the release of her first album, You Never Got Me, featuring the award-winning single 'I'm Not'. Between then and now she has been completely dominating the music scene with releases such as the electronic hit 'My Heart is Beating Again', and later that year she sang backup for Passion Pit during the band's live VEVO sessions. Now the singer is back, with a new direction in mind which is prominent in her latest single, 'Hush' featuring Almighty Chief.

'Hush' was developed with the thought of creating a song that would work as an 'escape' for listeners.

"I want people to feel like they can escape from everyday life," CAPPA said about the track, "I think that's what we're all looking for when we're listening to music, and I hope that listeners can do that with mine."

The freshly pressed debut release entangles a sense of secretive lust with the beat of a bubbly, yet sensitive beat. Introducing violin behind the whispering harmonies, CAPPA's shimmering voice is something completely unique and capturing. Despite being a pop song, CAPPA's vocal crescendos and the breakdown of synthesisers have made it incomparable to any other.
