"A knuckle-draggingly good time with something for every metal-head."
The second album since their reunion, Death Is Not Dead is here to show how death metal is done.
A crushing blend of extremity and melody, this a stomper from start to finish. It has a few surprising moments, Rise To Ruin for instance being a straight-up rocker. The band’s ability to mesh songs of varying intensity together makes for a wild ride. While the guitar tones might sometimes bleed a bit too much to really showcase the riffs properly, overall this is still a knuckle-draggingly good time with something for every metal-head.
