"Songs designed to kick you in the shins and slap you around the face."

If you’re chasing a bit of unashamed punk rock to go with your early summer barbecues and road trips, don’t discount veterans Swingin’ Utters and their ninth studio album. There are singalongs (Napalm South), mosh pit-inducing moments (More Or Less Moral) and 13 other songs designed to kick you in the shins and slap you around the face.

For the first time, bassist Miles Peck shared songwriting duties with lead singer Johnny Bonnel, and the results reflect the history of punk from The Sex Pistols (I’m Not Coming Home) to Dropkick Murphy’s (Tonight’s Moons).
