Purple Sneakers has teamed up with emerging photographer Joseph Crackett of ONLY ODD to hand pick and shoot some of the hottest artists performing at this year’s BIGSOUND. The series, titled #SHOTFORSNEAKERS, focuses on Purple Sneakers and Only Odd’s shared passion of emerging artists. Over the coming weeks we’ll be revealing selections from the shoots, shot by Joseph in Brisbane’s Winn Lane.

Comprised of Tom's Iansek and Snowdon, No Mono's music is peculiar, otherworldly and intoxicating. Featuring stunning vocals, intricate production and a marrying of the each of the duo's own incredible songwriting skills, its a pairing that continues to evolve, revealing multitudes to the project and to each other. With their release of their debut album, Islands (Part One), they finally put their longstanding musical relationship on display and by doing so, emerged as one of the most sophisticated acts that we've heard in recent memory. With a focus on creating an experience within the listener thanks to the sheer emotional intensity in each song, No Mono's music will strike a chord within your heart and your mind, whether its the shifting and tense 'Fever Highs' or the forlorn and intimate 'Frostbitten'.
