SUM/ONE brings an eclectic juxtaposition of styles and atmospherics together with a satisfying beat.



Adopting the irksome-to-type project name of bEEdEEgEE, Brian DeGaw of Gang Gang Dance fame unveils his first solo album. DeGaw continues to work with the same kind of urban primitive psychedelics, experimental electronics and otherworldly influences that can be heard in Gang Gang Dance's music but on this album it seems that he has swallowed a disco pill. At the centre is a mind-expanding extended disco jam that entangles guest vocalists CSS' Lovefoxx and Hot Chip's Alexis Taylor in a sweaty work-out.
