VNUSAMR's track will leave you in awe. It's certified quality, it's self-released. It's written, produced and sung all by her.
VNUSAMR’s track, 'Runnin', will leave you in awe for a number of reasons. Firstly, she self-released it – a bold move by any artist who isn’t Frank Ocean. Secondly, she produced, wrote and sung it all herself. Thirdly, it comes together to be a RnB/dark electronic/heartfelt jam. For these reasons and more, we can't get enough.
Vnusamr’s ‘Runnin’ is a refreshing track which blends a silky RnB voice over moody production then peppers it with a distorted and wailing electronic guitar. It’s a whole lot of ingredients but Vnusmar’s got the talent to bring them together. Her track is on message, reiterating the desire of running throughout and carrying it through to a distorted guitar solo ending that leaves you in a sombre mood. It’s a culmination and acknowledgement of negativity and of letting it go. Vnusamr said of the track, “For me 'Runnin' is about releasing all of the negative energy and any negative ties.”
The track borders on the wonderfully murky genre of ‘experimental’ however, in someway, that’d imply that there was guesswork or choices that weren’t entirely Vnusamr’s own. And on a self-released, self-produced, sung and written track, it can be assured that Vnusamr is content with what she put out into the world.

This is not Vnusamr’s first release, having put out an EP titled Sakura with producer FDRK and putting out a ten track project called For the Time Being in 2015. Vnusamr is hardly a rookie but she’s taken charge of her musical direction and it’s a good one.
