I’ve eagerly awaited a follow up for NOSAJ THINGs Drift for quite some time now - and with the 10” for ‘Eclipse/Blue’ due out next month, and his new album Home set for 2013, there’s only a few more sleeps to go!

Although he’s made some appearances on other artists’ albums; working with THE XX and FLYING LOTUS to name only a couple - it looks like the three years he’s spent since his last solo release has developed his sound considerably, with Drift being an instrumental album, and now ‘Eclipse/Blue’ featuring KAZU MAKINO of BLONDE REDHEAD fame.

That said, what we have heard of Home so far doesn’t seem so much as a departure from Drift’s dark trip-hop sound, but rather a sequel- sure to please the old fans, while recruiting some new ones as-well.
