Live Review: LISTEN: Jerome LOL 'Subaru Mix 4 Logo' Mixtape
Jerome LOL has created a mixtape for is friend Logo about his Subaru.
Today we bring you a lovely new mix from JEROME LOL which he says is a "new mix for riding around in your Subaru/ going to sleep under the summer sky." JEROME LOL has made it clear that he is in love with his 1996 Impreza, and so a playlist for driving around in it was inevitably made.
What we didn't count on was that the mix is actually not for JEROME LOL himself, but for his friend LOGO. The title of the mix is simple 'Subrau Mix 4 Logo', and the whole thing is pretty chilled out, the perfect vibe for driving.
Opening with chilling synths that trickle over the initial quietly into the track, 'Subaru Mix 4 Logo' slowly fades in until you are shown a slow twangy guitar playing alongside a more hollow sounding guitar, creating a pretty surf-punk piece of music when played in unison. The 58 minute mix bounces between tracks like this quite a lot, versatility being something that has to be evident in a track this long, otherwise it probably wouldn't be as good as it is.

Put this on your radio for your next long road trip, because it is guaranteed to be a great soundtrack for it. There has been no hint of a track list as of yet, but I'm sure 'Subaru Mix 4 Logo' can suffice for now, if there's a track you don't like on it, just wait it out because you'll love it eventually.
