Flying ColorsAmerican supergroup Flying Colors, consisting of members from, among others, Dream Theater and Deep Purple, ramp up the intensity from the very get-go with their second album, Second Nature. Opening track, Open Up Your Eyes, is incredibly indulgent, running for over 12 minutes and consisting mainly of hard-hitting guitar riffs and licks. Even the slower moments, such as The Fury Of My Love, are epic – pulling at the heart strings while forcing fists in the air. This would be an incredible road trip soundtrack.
