By A Thread

Nobody knew quite what to expect as the seven acrobats stepped out in the Lunar Big Top over the weekend with nothing but a length of rope hanging from the ceiling.

In a spectacular display of strength, performance art and a whole lot of trust, the group from By A Thread blew the room away with their innovative and damn brilliant show. Each 'act' combined the skill of multiple, sometimes all, performers, with a mesmerising flow of movement that made them seem like seven parts of one whole person. It's crazy, it's playful, it's tight — and it's a must see this year at Fringe.
