"A butt-load of good times, and a fan must-listen."
It makes you feel old that Future Hearts is Baltimore pop punks All Time Low’s fifth album and lands a decade after their debut, The Party Scene, had represented the next step in punk’s evolution.
The band’s early inspirations were ‘90s groups like Blink-182 and Good Charlotte, and despite guest vocals by Mark Hoppus and Joel Madden here, Future Hearts shows how far their sound has progressed – see The Edge Of Tonight as an example of the stadium rock sound that inhabits much of the record. A butt-load of good times, and a fan must-listen.
