The metal gods will release a new album later in 2013
Unearth
American metal stalwarts Unearth have signed a record deal with local label 3 Wise Records, with plans to release a new album sometime later this year.
It's been two years since their fifth record Darkness In The Light so there's no doubt their dedicated fanbase will be stoked that new Unearth material will be out soon. The Aussie deal follows on from several new signings across the States, Europe and Japan in what appears to be a new direction for the band. Vocalist Trevor Phipps is pretty damn excited about what's to come for the guys.
"By joining forces with E1 (North America), Century Media (Europe), Howling Bull (Japan) and 3Wise (Australia) we will have a more focused attack from some of the most well-known and respected labels in the world. We know this new beginning of sorts will bring bigger and better things for Unearth and our fans and we couldn't be more excited for the future of all things Unearth," he said.
Phipps also revealed that besides the album, their are plans in the pipeline for a possible world tour. Keep your eyes peeled for this one guys!
