Triple j knocks Pink over in cyberspace while Flume makes an entrance
Triple J's Like A Version 8 has topped the ARIA Digital Album Charts this week, ahead of Pink's The Truth About Love and another local debut, Guy Sebastian's Armageddon.
Local releases featured well in the Digital Chart this week, with Lisa Mitchell's Bless This Mess also landing at six and Urthboy's acclaimed Smokey's Haunt at eight.
Despite this, Pink was unstoppable in the overall ARIA Album Charts this week with Guy Sebastian landing second and triple j's release the 'best of the rest' in third.
While the two local releases couldn't topple The Truth About Love in the overall chart, they did manage to push Birdy's Birdy and Mumford & Sons' Babel to four and five respectively. Both have achieved platinum sales.

Tame Impala's strong performances around the world continued this week, holding spot 48 on the UK album chart with Lonerism, down 14 from last week's debut. In the same chart INXS' The Very Best continues to rise due to an advertising campaign, and is up five spots to 74 this week.
