The Early November have announced that they have entered the studio to begin recording their new full-length album. The band announced it through their Twitter page, posting: "We're keeping our SXSW momentum going by starting to record the new record today! We'll all be updating regularly!"

The new album will be released at some stage this year through Rise Records, and will be the band's first recorded material since their 2006 album "The Mother, the Mechanic, and the Path". The band originally broke up in 2007, but announced last year they were playing a few reunion shows, as well as writing and recording new music once again.
