The Black Angels Return To Australia For Theatre Dates

The Austin psych outfit return to blow minds once more.

More The Black Angels More The Black Angels

After a kick arse tour back in 2011 that saw the band finally make their way to Australia for the first time and then a killer showing at last year's Harvest festivals, Austin psych exponents The Black Angels have this morning announced their third trek to our country in as many years with a small stack of theatre dates across the country locked in for mid-year.

The band's most recent LP Indigo Meadow, their fourth, sees them as tripped out as ever as they pound through a fuzzy 45 minutes of glorious rock'n'roll. Good as it is, the band's live show has proven to be even better than their recorded output on the past couple of occasions that saw them out here, so we are very excited to once again have the chance to celebrate their gloriously loud, heavy, dirty and anthemic brand of heavy rock to Australia again.

Dates are below and tickets are available from Thursday morning.

Thursday 13 June – The Tivoli, Brisbane
Friday 14 June – Palace Theatre, Melbourne
Saturday 15 June – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
Monday 17 June – Capitol, Perth
