The Swan Festival Of Lights will take over Perth's Elizabeth Quay over three days this October to deliver an unforgettable cultural experience of art, music, dance and food.
The event will be free entry, family-friendly, with a range of handicrafts, cooking and dance workshops and demonstrations.
