Supergroups Come Together For Last Minute Sydney Show

You most likely couldn't tell us a thing about the bands Life, DCM or Pineapple Head, but there's a good chance you know a little bit about the members that make up their numbers. These three supergroups are coming together mid-next week to smash out a show

Life comprises of Yeah Yeah Yeahs guitarist Brian Chase, Kirin J Callinan, Sophia Brous and Shags Chamberlain (The Smallgoods and many, many more).

DCM is made up of Chris Ross (Good Heavens, ex-Wolfmother et al) and Daniel Stricker (Midnight Juggernauts)

Pineapple Head features New Zealander Sasha Carlson (Splashh, Brain Slaves, Colours) Elliot Serjeant (Brain Slaves) Tom Crandles (Colours, Ghostwood, Jack Ladder) and Julian Sudek (Mercy Arms, Danimals, Fashion Launches Rocket Launches).

We have to be honest, we're not even slightly sure what is going to happen when these people all come together to make some kind of glorious noise in one special show next Wednesday, but we know that we don't want to miss it.

It's going down at Club 77 on Wednesday 23 January from around 9pm. Entry is just ten bucks on the door.
