So You Think You Can Hang With The IT Crowd?

Lovers of British sitcom The IT Crowd - you are needed! The team behind the series have made a call out to you to appear in the upcoming one-off special episode.

So what does one need to do in order to get a gig on the hit Channel 4 show? Well, you gotta be outrageous. Actually, you need to be able to react outrageously. Here's what the guys are asking for:

"We need photos or video of you reacting to seeing an OUTRAGEOUS video on your phone or laptop. It would be really good if the photo can show a famous landmark in the background. Visiting the Eifel Tower/North Pole/Great Wall of China? Take a snap of yourself pretending to look at something really gross on your device with the landmark in the background and BOOM! you're in (with a very good chance of being in) the show."

There's a few broadcasting regulations The IT Crowd need you to know about as a heads up before recording your photos or vid and some other tidbits - you can read all about them and get the application deets here. There isn't a great deal of info on what you'll actually be doing in the ep, but we reckon it'll be pretty sweet regardless!

The Graham Linehan written comedy has run for four seasons so far, with no plans for a fifth. The series has made household names of its stars, some of whom have now gone on to bigger roles such as Chris O'Dowd in Bridesmaids and The Sapphires.
