ShakaFest Announces More Acts

A celebration of surf and skate colour and the awesome shaka, ShakaFest have announced a few more acts to their bill, joining headliners Drapht, Dune Rats and Spit Syndicate.

The Gold Coast mini-festival will also have bands Sydney popsters Planet, psych rockers Lotus Ship, Jurassic Nark, Radolescent, Bleach Girls and Trapdoor to round up the huge line-up. The bands will all spearhead the infamous Sharky Stage at the Miami Tavern.

"All six of these bands are so unique and compliment the main stage acts perfectly. The Sharky Stage will be a place for the festivalgoers to find diversity in music and either chill out or rock out. Both the main stage and Sharky Stage lineups are insane, Shakafest is going to get loose!" says Wedge Head Events' Tamie Bennett.
