Mardi Gras Film Festival Reveals First Films Ahead Of Full 2020 Program Announce

The Queer Screen Mardi Grass Film Festival will return in February 2020 and has today revealed a teaser of the full program. 

Running from 13-27 February at Event Cinemas George Street, and other venues yet to be announced, organisers have unveiled the first five films that will screen as part of the Festival's 27th iteration. The Festival will then tour to Canberra, Parramatta, Lismore, Newcastle and the Blue Mountains in March.

First up is the world premiere of Unsound, the only Australian film in the mix, featuring the likes of Todd McKenney and Christine Anu. Also screening at the Festival include Lizzie featuring Chloe Sevigny and Kristen Stewart, Monsoon starring Crazy Rich Asians and Last Christmas lead Henry Golding, french film The Shiny Shrimps, and Sid & Judy with Jon Hamm and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
