Post Malone has addressed his recent weight loss in a new Instagram post after fans worried about his possible drug use.
This isn’t the first time that his fans have shown concern for Post Malone’s health – when the Rockstar rapper was touring in Australia with the Red Hot Chili Peppers in February, TMZ reported that he had lost weight after weight gain for a film role.
Yesterday, he got candid with his fans, revealing that he’s “never felt healthier” after removing soft drinks from his diet and eating better. He also teased that he’s been in the studio working on new music.
Read his statement below.
Post Malone wrote, “hello everybody, i hope you’re having a great night. i wanted to say that i’m not doing drugs, i’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and i’d suppose, performance on stage. i’m having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier.
“i guess dad life kicked in and i decided to kick soda, and start eating better so i can be around for a long time for this little angel. next up is smokes and brews, but i like to consider myself a patient man… lol!

"i just wanted to say hi, and hopefully i’ll be posting more on here, my brain is in a super dope place, and i’m the happiest i’ve been in a long time. if you’re having a hard time or need some love, i can say that you’re loved more than you know, and keep fucking crushing it.”
A few weeks ago, Post Malone returned with new music in the form of Chemical, a quick follow-up to last year’s LP, Twelve Carat Toothache. Starting off with a simple picking pattern on an acoustic guitar, the song then flows back into Posty’s classic pop elements. Chemical’s lyrics are a highlight, with the pop singer delving into the complexities of relationships and how they can make or break you. Check out the music video below.
