Hallelujah!

More Panic! At The Disco More Panic! At The Disco

Revealing to fans back in April that he'd be fulfilling his lifelong dream to perform on Broadway, it appears Panic! At The Disco's frontman Brendon Urie has given New York's Kinky Boots production a huge boost with his portrayal of Charlie Price.

As Playbill reports, Urie took over the role on 26 May and since then, the Tony-winning Cyndi Lauper musical has returned to raking in over a million dollars, with capacity increasing above 90%.

The last time Kinky Boots made over $1 million in a week was back when the musical's role Lola was handled by comedian and Broadway star Wayne Brady back in March 2016.

The role is Urie's Broadway debut; he'll be taking on the role until 6 August.
