Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen have lost a lawsuit filed against them after being accused of plagiarising the hook from their 2012 hit, 'Good Time.'

Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen have lost a lawsuit filed against them after being accused of plagiarising the hook from their 2012 hit, 'Good Time.'


The lawsuit was filed by an artist of the name Ally Burnett, who claims that the songs hook is directly plagiarised from her song, 'Ah, It's A Love Song.'


BMI have been ordered by the court to pay over $800,000 to Burnett.
