Nick Cave Reveals New Bad Seeds Album Is On The Way: 'It's An Amazing Thing'

Nick Cave has confirmed that fans can expect new music very soon, revealing that a brand new Bad Seeds record is "nearly finished". 

During his Conversations appearance in Melbourne on Saturday night, the Aussie music icon dropped the exciting news.

"We've really nearly finished a new record, I would say, and it's an amazing thing in my opinion," Cave told the Melbourne Town Hall audience.

The album would be the band's first since 2016's critically-acclaimed Skeleton Tree, which peaked at #1 in Australia, as well as countries like New Zealand, Ireland, Norway and Denmark, and featured in a number of end-of-year top albums lists globally. 

A documentary of the album's recording process, One More Time With Feeling, was also released the same year.
