Linkin Park On 'From Zero' & Their Return To Australia: 'We're More Assured That This Is What We Want To Be Doing'

New Platform Helps You Avoid Dodgy Ticket Sellers

The site also allows people to call out scammers.

Australian ethical ticket resale platform Tixel has launched a new service to help punters avoid getting ripped off by ticket sellers.

Ticket Sheriff is a search engine that allows buyers to look up sellers by their name or Facebook username to see they have a “history of naughty behaviour”.

The website also allows people to submit potential scammers and will soon include a feature for punters to be able to check their tickets to see if they’re real or not.

Launched last year by Zac Leigh and Jason Webb – who conceived the idea after being scammed themselves back in 2015 at a Tame Impala concert - Tixel has already partnered with more than 70 events, including Beyond The Valley and FOMO, to help more than 70,000 fans buy or sell tickets safely.
