 In a cruious move for the celebration of the Golden Age of the album, Britain's BBC Radio 2 has gathered a motley crew of musicians in an attempt to re-record The Beatle's Please Please Me within a time limit.

  In a cruious move for the celebration of the Golden Age of the album, Britain's BBC Radio 2 has gathered a motley crew of musicians in an attempt to re-record The Beatle's Please Please Me within a time limit.

  So far, Welsh boys Stereophonics, Mick Hucknall and Gabrielle Alpin have signed on. The intiative of the challenge is to lay down the tracks and complete the recording in the same rushed timetable that the Fab Four recorded it in back in 1963
