AMIN Chair Denise Foley said that as well as being from around the country, “It's great to see the diversity of the industry being reflected in the program.”

The course's coordinator Mariel Beros said there was an expectation that the program would be a “turning point” for some of the managers, “and not just in the way they do business, but in how they live their lives.”

The first workshop will take place at New South Wales' Terrigal, late November. Industry advocate and lawyer Shane Simpson will moderate the workshop. There is no cost of participation in the program, but travel is at the individual's expense.
