More Kongos More Kongos

South African rock outfit Kongos have been forced to postpone their planned tour of Australia, less than a week after it was first announced.

Promoters Chugg Entertainment broke the news in a short statement posted to their website today.

"Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts the shows will need to be postponed until 2015. Refunds are available at point of purchase," the statement said.

No other details pertaining to the postponement are available at this time. The band had been scheduled to play three dates — one each in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide — between November 25 and 29. They'll still make their inaugural jaunt Down Under — bringing with them all the goods fans have come to love from recent full-length Lunatic, so take solace in the fact they're still on the way — now, it's just a matter of when.
