KISS To Headline Grand Final AFL Footy Show At Rod Laver Arena

Veteran rock legends KISS have upped their load of impending shows in Melbourne to three, with the announcement today that the band will be the headline performers for The Grand Final AFL Footy Show at Rod Laver Arena this October.

A little more than a week after news broke that they'd be playing a second show at the venue on 9 October to complement their existing 8 October date, die-hards will have a third chance to see them in action on 1 October, though it's a much more limited setting — KISS will only play two songs for the estimated 12,000-strong crowd.

Nonetheless, the performance marks the first in KISS' string of dates Down Under, which officially gets under way in Perth a couple of days later, on Saturday, 3 October, with further appearances (other than Melbourne's) scheduled in Adelaide, Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane.
