Staff of popular Kings Cross venue Hugos Lounge are considering legal action against the New South Wales Government after 70 workers were made redundant following the club's closure this week.
According to Fairfax, owner Dave Owens and the staff members have blamed Sydney's controversial lockout laws for a massive decline in revenue which has put the venue into administration.
Details of the proposed class action are expected to be announced today.
