Adam Dutkiewicz left the game show the big winner of absolutely everything
US metalcore legends Killswitch Engage have become the latest band to benefit from a member appearing on a game show after their guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz walked away the winner of more than $50,000 in prizes — or basically, absolutely everything — from staple American spectacle The Price Is Right.
In scenes that echoed Clowns guitarist Joe Hansen's $20,000+ win on Million Dollar Minute here at home last year, Dutkiewicz — a renowned producer in his own right, and clad in hoodie, cap, shorts and pluggers, looking every bit the only alternative identity on set, next to the bright T-shirts and smiles of his competitors — is a television natural, excitedly interacting with show host The Shadow Of Drew Carey as he knocks down guess after guess successfully, beating out his final opponent by a whisker-thin $101 margin, to end up with $US51,832 (about $66,649) worth of prizes, including a trip to Borrego Springs, California, a trailer, and a big ol' Nissan Frontier — all of which he could probably trade in for some pretty sweet new gear, or maybe a better tour van.
Watch Dutkiewicz walk away with all the things below.
From the looks of it, his band members were just as excited for Dutkiewicz as he was himself, proudly posting on Facebook, "Our very own #AdamD just won the ENTIRE game on @theRealPriceIsRight!" and pointing to some condensed clips of the victory.

Killswitch Engage released their sixth studio full-length, Disarm The Descent, back in 2013, and were in the country as recently as last year, when they toured alongside supergroup Kill Devil Hill.
