'Brittany Runs A Marathon' Star Jillian Bell Joins 'The Green Room' Podcast

New comedy-drama Brittany Runs A Marathon is out in Australian cinemas from today and we really (really, really) think you need to see it. 

To celebrate, this week's episode of The Green Room podcast features the film's star Jillian Bell (22 Jump Street, Workaholics) and director Paul Downs Colaizzo!

Both Bell and Downs Colaizzo flew to Sydney this week to promote the film, which sees a whole new side to Bell who has already carved her place in comedy over recent years. 

The story follows Brittany (played by Bell and based on the real life story of Brittany O'Neill), who decides to make some major changes in her life and begins to train for the New York City marathon.

"I was really excited about it, it's a challenge I haven't taken on," Bell told host Neil Griffiths about her role in the film.

"But I was also like, you could fail when so far things have been going pretty well. So, It's scary to step out of your comfort zone, but I think it's good to."
