In support of their long-awaited debut album, Almagest, due out in a matter of weeks, Melbourne prog-extreme metal outfit Hybrid Nightmares will head out on a headline tour of the country next month.
The quintet will tour throughout October and November, with shows locked in for Adelaide (New Dead Metal Festival), Canberra, Sydney, Ballarat, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart and Perth.
"This is everything our fans have come to expect from Hybrid Nightmares, big riffs, catchy leads, huge contrasts in light and shade and we’ve added more acoustic guitars and intricate layers than ever before," the band said of Almagest.
"There's even clean vocals for the first time! We’ve pushed ourselves to the absolute limit and really taken things to the next level. We are unbelievably proud of this record."
