Future Islands Drop Third LP

Baltimore boys Future Islands will release their third studio album On The Water this June.

The album will follow on with their new wave and synth pop sound, with themes of love, heartbreak and the ocean featuring heavily once more. The band also added some new instruments into the production of On The Water with the use of the cello, violin and marimba bringing new dimensions to their sound.

Future Islands will be touring Australia some time later this year, with an announcement to drop soon. On The Water will be available from Thursday 7 June.
