Eagles Have Officially Split

"I don't think you'll see us performing again."

More Eagles Eagles

Off the back of guitarist Glenn Frey's death this January and co-founder Randy Meisner's wife tragically shot just last week, Don Henley has confirmed that Eagles have officially split.

The drummer told BBC that the remaining members of the band's performance of Take It Easy with Jackson Browne at this year's Grammy's was "very difficult and very emotional" and that it would be Eagles' last performance.

"We almost didn't do it," Henley said.

"I think it was an appropriate farewell. I don't think you'll see us performing again," he confirmed.
