Diana Doherty Announces Shows With WASO

Australian oboist Diana Doherty will be joining the West Australia Symphony Orchestra to perform Mozart’s Oboe Concerto in C Major in Perth at the end of the month.

Doherty makes a welcome return to Perth, having previously appeared with the WASO in 2007, and is known for being an exuberant performer.

The program also contains Joseph Haydn’s Symphony No. 22 The Philosopher and Edward Elgar’s elab.Payne Symphony No. 3.

The performance takes place Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August at Perth Concert Hall.
