Cat Power Announces National Tour

She has already been announced for the Golden Plains and Perth Festivals in the past couple of weeks, so it is with great pleasure that we announce Cat Power will be conducting a full national tour when she is out here fulfilling those commitments.

The musical mind of Chan Marshall is nothing less than brilliant and she has more than shown that with her latest recordSun, a stunning release that has been well worth the wait for her dedicated fan base around the world. Not that we are surprised, her entire career has seen her pump out a huge amount of stunning musical material and we're sure there's probably more to come.

She has a new band, an almost entirely female group, so don't just think you've heard it all before, this is bound to be a completely new proposition.

Despite illness and financial hardship, Cat Power will still be touring Australia early next year and these are the dates where you can catch them:
