Limited additional tickets are available now
The 2014 BIGSOUND conference and live showcase has officially sold out of full conference passes.
“This year has seen the event grow to unprecedented levels,” QMusic executive officer Denise Foley said of the response. “We have welcomed a number of new partners this year, making the BIGSOUND experience richer than ever. The appetite from the music industry and fan community for tickets this year has blown even our expectations away.”
To help match those sharply heightened expectations, BIGSOUND has made available a limited number of extra BIGSOUND Live tickets for people interested in catching at least one of the 140 bands booked for next week's two-night industry shindig. You can have your crack at grabbing one of the last remaining passes now via OzTix.
Being one of the final folks to grab a BIGSOUND Live pass is just one of the handful of ways you can still be a part of BIGSOUND even without a conference pass — you can also take a stroll through the BIGSOUND Village, set up in the Artisan Gallery Car Park (opposite the Judith Wright Centre) and running from 2pm-8.30pm Wednesday and Thursday.

It's open to the general public as well as BIGSOUND Live pass-holders, and features a chill-out space in the JBL Sound Lounge, tunes on offer with Rdio Jukebox, or the opportunity to get inked or a much-needed trim at the Sailor Jerry Airstream, among other attractions.
Failing that, your best bet is to simply bookmark theMusic.com.au, check our BIGSOUND page regularly throughout the conference (September 10-12), and let our ground team help you stay on top of all the live news, reviews, interviews, sights, sounds and buzz, right from the comfort of your home.
