Australian-Owned Digital Distributor ValleyArm Gets Revamp

Renowned digital distributor Valleyarm has this week relaunched under the new name VA Digital with new owners taking the company into a fresh direction while continuing as Australia's biggest digital music aggregator. 

Joining the VA Digital team, which specialises in the digital distrbution, publishing and marketing of music and video content, is new chairman and stakeholder Andrew Randall and new managing director Victor Gugger who have spent the last 12 months focusing on sustainability for artists and content creators. 

"We have reimagined the company without the constraints of copying how others approach digital and this has allowed us to really focus where future income streams are growing," Gugger said.

"Our focus on YouTube, streaming services, brand alignment and other revenue opportunities as well as the traditional digital outlets provides what we believe is a unique proposition for content creators that not only want to monetize effectively, but also want their content seen and heard widely."

VA Digital has been awarded rare YouTube Multi Channel Network partner status with licenses for both music and entertainment as they now monetising global television, film and music content for digital rights owners all around the world.

Leading the music team is ex-Premier Artists agent Dave Sayer, while Clare Winterbourn heads up the new talent management department.

VA Digital is now welcoming labels, artists and content creators for potential opportunities.
