Music channels Channel V and MAX have had hosts and programs nominated.

Voting for this year's ASTRA Awards, the body for Australian pay-TV, have now opened through the awards' Facebook page.

There are 95 nominated finalists across 21 categories, with five of those categories decided by consumer vote. As far as music programming is concerned, Channel V hosts Danny Clayton, Billy Russell and Jane Gazzo are up for Favourite Personality - male and female categories.

In the male category they're up against two-time winner Andrew Winter (Selling Houses Australia) and Rove McManus (Rove LA).

Donna Hay (Donna Hay: Fast, Fresh, Simple) is a female nominee, as is Lee Furlong (Cricket Superstar).
