Brisbane's As Paradise Falls are stepping into the next chapter of their band with a new song and a rather cheeky teasing film clip as well.
Last November while the band was nearing the end of recording their debut album over at Thailand's Karma Sound Studios, guitarist Glen Barrie suddenly passed away in his sleep the night before a show in Bangkok alongside I Killed The Prom Queen. Obviously, Barrie's passing lead to a halt in the recording in order to give the band time to grieve the loss of their bandmate and brother.
Now, seven months or so down the line and 2016 shows a refined and determined As Paradise Falls, who are now carrying with them an album full of what could very well be their best work. This new full-length will also retain the best work from the late Glen Barrie.
So. As for who this new vocalist and guitarist will be, the band hasn't said too much just yet. Save for the teasing instrumental video clip of 'Digital Ruin' (found below). However, as far as vocals go, my money's on either Rheese Peters (ex-A Night In Texas) or Colin Jeffs (ex-Aversions Crown). Or maybe it'll just be some random unknown guy! Either way, I guess only time will tell for who these two new members will be.

Also, just on that videos imagery, Northlane's 'Rot' anybody?
