It's been another big week on the charts.

More AC/DC More AC/DC

AC/DC have scored themselves another week in the top spot on the ARIA Albums Chart

The iconic Australian group have seen their latest album, PWR/UP, in the #1 spot once again making it their longest running Australian #1 album.

While you'd be inclined to think it was the group's seminal Back In Black album that was the previous record holder, it was actually AC/DC Live. The album sat in the #1 spot for two weeks following its release in 1992.

Back In Black only held the spot for one week (9 March 1981) before it was knocked out of the position by Dr Hook & The Medicine Show's Greatest Hits

It's been a strong year for Australian artists in the charts, which continues again this week with Powderfinger landing at #2 with Unreleased (1998-2010) on debut. In addition to its high position on the Albums Chart, Unreleased (1998-2010) has also taken out the #1 spot on the Vinyl Albums Chart.

The Brisbane group - who disbanded in 2010 - also landed at #2 on the Albums Chart earlier this year thanks to the 20th anniversary edition of their album Odyssey Number Five.

Spacey Jane have seen their EP, No Way To Treat An Animal, make its ARIA Albums Chart debut thanks to its vinyl re-issue. The EP was first released in 2017 and marks their second ARIA chart debut for the year, with their debut album, Sunlight, landing at #2 in June.

No Way To Treat An Animal has also debuted at #2 on the Vinyl Albums chart.

Over on the Singles Chart, Tones & I's Fly Away has moved up five positions to #19 while Tasmania's Jam Mountain Music debut at #32 with Light A Candle.
